It was a heartbreaking Valentine’s Day in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State as family members, friends, and sympathizers gathered to bid farewell to 26-year-old rising music star, Ifunanya Nwangene.

The young and talented singer reportedly lost her life after being bitten by a snake at her residence in Abuja on January 31, 2026. What began as a terrifying medical emergency quickly turned into a tragic ordeal.
